We are looking for a competent young Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices
Responsibilities
- Issue offers and invoices
- Issue order to suppliers
- Check supplier invoices
- Organize international shipments
- Various secretarial duties
Requirements
- Experience as office clerk or other clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- High flexibility
- B2 English & B2 German
- High school diploma
