Job brief

We are looking for a competent young Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices

Responsibilities

  • Issue offers and invoices
  • Issue order to suppliers
  • Check supplier invoices
  • Organize international shipments
  • Various secretarial duties

Requirements

  • Experience as office clerk or other clerical position
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • High flexibility
  • B2 English & B2 German
  • High school diploma
