DDAW Driver Drowsiness and Attention Warning

Our driver drowsiness and attention warning system has been developed to satisfy the mandatory fitment required by new regulation for buses (category M2, M3) and Heavy-Duty Vehicles + Trailer (category N2, N3).

The device continuously monitors the driver with a camera, analyses images and other data acquired though vehicle CAN to evaluate the drowsiness and attention: driver fatigue is a factor in 10-25 % of all road crashes in the Union. According to privacy policy rules no image is stored in the system.

The product is designed to be supplied as a “off-the-shelf” stand-alone solution or totally integrated into the TEQ multiplex.
